Who knew a little $1.00 piece of fabric could be so important. Upon working on the color scheme for the wedding, I began to get frustrated. I had gone to Davids Bridal a few months ago to find out if they had a color swatch for the color that is going to be in my dress. Just so I could use it to coordinate my decor. They said no. It was against policy to give out swatches. So I figure, no big deal. Ha. I was so wrong. The past couple of months I've been rackin' my brain to figure out what colors would look good with what I would be working with. No luck.
So on a whim, I called David's Bridal again this weekend. Now all of a sudden they're selling the swatches for a buck. Needles to say, I hauled ass down to the bridal store and purchased my swatch. Now, I know what color's I'm going to have for the floral arrangements for the wedding, what kinds of flowers my brides maids will be carrying, and I've purchased some ribbon that is near identical to the color in my dress to tie the 100 favor bags we will be making.
Now on to the next wedding stressor. What it ends up being.
