So scatterbrained

I can't seem to focus my thoughts long enough to do anything, let alone post a coherent entry so in no particular order:

- Saw Coraline in 3-D last night. So cute and fun. (Except for the chick sitting in front of us who was commenting loudly and annoyingly throughout the film. Thanks, but if I wanted a commentary, I would have waited for the DVD.)

- Ben Stiller and Natalie Portman were the only good things about the Oscars this year. Still too much singing and dancing.

- OMG Being Human is the best supernatural show on television right now and possibly one of the best supernatural shows of all time. So much flaily love. There must be a second series, damn it!

- It's snowing again. This is nuts. It's not supposed to do this in Vancouver.

- Dear Mr Michael Sheen: I recently sat through an abomination just for you so you owe me. Big time. Your upcoming films had better be good. Really, really good. (Yes, you were awesome as usual but that doesn't excuse you from being in that crapfest to begin with. It made your Underworld films look like high art. Citizen fucking Kane, baby.)

- Cookies! I baked some! Yum!

- Only eight nine (I never did say I was good at math--or html *sigh*) more days until Watchmen! I've been checking out the reviews at Rotten Tomatoes. There's one rotten review up and the fanboys are already supplying me with lulz. Glorious!

- I heard a bit of Depeche Mode's new single. Um, not too impressed. Gave me a 'People are People' vibe, though not quite as bad. I hope the rest of the album is better.

- Angels & Demons. I'm torn. On the one hand: working in a bookstore made me sooooo sick of Dan Brown. On the other hand: Ewan McGregor and Stellan Skarsgård are in it! Playing priests! I think I'm going to have to see it.

- I'm still flabby and flaking.

- Legend of the Seeker: what was with the flashback episode, guys? That was the lamest of the lame. Shame on you! It looks like you're bringing back the awesome in the next episode so I might forgive you, but still, there is no excuse for a clip show. Ever.
