Off to the open road...
So I am leaving tomorrow afternoon for the long anticipated Summer Road Trip with Claire. First stop: Charlotte, NC to see Koryl. I am so excited. At this moment, no one quite understands me like. Tuesday, second stop: Jacksonville, FL where I will stay with the Gonwa family for a while. Then, off to Nashville to see my Claire, etc. I hope this will be a good time of reflection, relaxation, and fun. I just finished my Classic Rock mix for the road. I am so excited to listen to it. It has everything from The Beatles, to Alice Cooper, to the Runaways, to Heart.
I miss Bethany. I hope she will get home from Hawaii okay and call me. Off to bed with me. I must get up at the crack of dawn so that I can finish all that needs to be done for the trip.
