Hey Florida Peeps!
I'm reposting this for my friend Ngoc (Knock) and her 17 person a capella group. This is a big deal for them.
Okay, so it's a huge deal.
In March (the 8th through 12th, to be exact), RO will be heading to Florida to sing and screen at the Delray Beach Film Festival. The lovely folks at the DBFF will be showcasing "Rock and R.O." twice PLUS flying all 17 members of the cast out to perform. Our film is to be the festival's featured event! Spread the word and come see us if you are in Florida! I'll email again when I know specific screening times, but for now, just wanted to share the excitement with you. :)
This is the first time RO will be performing in the South. We'd love all the help we can get in spreading the good word about the film. Do you know anyone at:
1. local/college a cappella groups
2. college radio stations
3. local record stores/cool places that might let us
hang up posters
4. any like-minded folks in the area that might help
flyer/poster about town
5. you get the idea... :)
I know it's early, but hell, I'm a planner, and I'm just way amped. Shoot back an email if you have any ideas for us. :)
