The Bite of Seattle is going on this weekend and though I don't usually pay attention to it, this year I almost wish I had hit it up. The news just showed cheesecake on a stick. Yup, hand-dipped in chocolate and sprinkled with nuts, to boot.
Just goes to show, Americans will put ANYTHING on a stick. And make it more fattening than any other culture on Earth. What a great country.
Oh, and I survived Japan, jet-lag, and a mild case of food poisoning from Olive Garden. I've missed you guys.
