I hate doing taxes, because I'm always afraid I'll type something in wrong and not get any money back.
stupid fucking country.
12% of my measly fucking yearly income goes to government programs which, by and large, don't fucking benefit me at all.
Sure, I can pay more than a grand to the government for social security and medicare.
I can also pay for my own goddamn visits to the clinic.
Since when were old people the only ones that get sick?
Fuck this, I'm moving to canada.
I know, they have higher taxes, but at least it benefits me somehow. In the form of socialized health care.
Feeling your wisdom teeth growing into the back of your mouth is a shitty feeling, not because it's painful yet, but because you know that when it does get painful, you're fucked because you have no money for that shit.
Shelling out a couple hundred dollars to have some sonofabitch write you a prescription for a twenty dollar medication is complete bullshit, especially when your only other option is letting your throat and mouth errupt in little white spots that make it almost impossible to swallow anything.
On a sidenote, I hate strep throat.
I also hate that doctors are so fucking stupid that they write prescriptions for 500 mG horse choker pills when you already described to him that it's difficult to swallow anything, even water.
Nothing that a mortar, pestle, and some chocolate syrup can't fix.
But that's not the point.
The point is that I hate everything, or at least, that's how it would appear having re-read this post so far.
On the upside, work is MAYBE going to give me considerably more money soon, and I'll also be starting my welding classes next week, so that if work doesn't give me a lot more money soon, I can tell them to eat me because I have some job skills now.
