Ethiopia
A long long time ago I started this journal. Not so long ago, but what does seem like eons ago, I left Toronto to take a temporary job in Ethiopia. That was four months ago, and the contract finishes at the end of March. Clearly a lot has happened between my last post and this one, not just the whole off to Africa thing, but for now it's easier to pretend none of that really happened, and to just start cribbing posts from the other blog here.

The posts are in a completely random order...which I understand is somewhat contrary to the spirit of a journal, but whatever. This is all being done more for posterity's sake than the audience's sake.
