Excellent music (M.I.A., Modest Mouse, Old school rap (v. good stuff), and some 80s). . . and a good crowd -- despite a lack of dancefloor a lot of people were dancing.
V. Chill decor: Reminds me of the bar kill bill where Uma goes after Lucy Liu (it's been awhile is why I don't remember their names -- oren oishii? blech i should borrow it) with dimmer lighting, lots of lanterns.
First time I went they were playing anime on a screen. This past time just a dj w/ his ibook.
