I used to love the library. But it seems they have taken a fancy for FUCKING ME IN THE ASS!! *fumes* They are billing me 179 $ and some odd cents. Yes my books where late, and i called to verify the late charges and the dates for turning them and but OH MY GAWD i got run around, they gave me the late dates and how much the charges are per day and HOLY SHIT they are charging me about 6 dollars MORE for about 10 of my books than i should be charged. OH and the lady on the phone said i had renewed them, which proved me correct, then said OOPS MY MISTAKE I READ IT WRONG!!! HOW THE FLAMING FUCK DO YOU SEE THE WORD RENEWED WHEN IT ISNT ON THE SCREEN YOU STUPID FUCKING BITCH! *fumes and punches a wall* God fucking dammit. I used to love the library! I Loved going! But you know what, all they could do was suspend my account so i had 2 extra months to pay the FUCKING bill before it royally fucks over my credit. Thank you public services, thank you austin public library and FUCK YOU!!!!
