questions about graduation.

For my graduation robes, it's been advised to wear a blouse so that some thing can loop on a blouse button.

I have decided to wear a cotton dress, not a blouse. I look crap in blouses, no matter how well I iron, I look like a sack of shit despite my posture.

But... that means I need to bring pins. I'm ok with that, but have I put myself up for any unknown hazard?
