So I've been toying around with Windows 7 on VirtualBox for about a week or so. It seems to run smooth as can be on virtualized hardware, so this just leads me to belive it will work just fine installed on the system. I didn't want to switch over without checking out the software I use day to day to see if it works ok. So far the only problem I have had is running Google Earth. I get an openGL and an account login errors, however I don't know if it is Windows or just VirtualBox screwing up. I have tried Pidgin, VLC, Semagic, and a bunch of Mozilla apps with out fail. No games or graphical stuff yet, though I know there is a compatability issue with my LightScribe drive that I can work around with a hack.

Now, I have both the 32- and 64-bit versions of windows available, so I don't know which one to install. Does anyone know if there is 64-bit driver support for a Compaq (HP) Persario F700 or where I would go to look to figure it out? My hardware is as follows:
-AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual-Core TK-55 running at 1.8GHZ
-2 GB RAM
-Nvidia GeForce Go 6100 with 128 MB of RAM shared from the system memory

I also don't know about compatablilty issues between 32-bit software on a 64-bit sytem? Any advice or information would be reatly appriciated!
