happy birthday to me!
these are good things that are happening during my birthday week:
1. islands are playing 10/19.
2. cheryl is coming for a work thing on my actual birthday, so we get to celebrate immediately after work that day.
3. there's a norwegian garage rock band playing the comet on 9/24. fronted by ken stringfellow. not sure if i like the band, but i heart the posies, and i heart most things norwegian, so it still might be pretty cool!
and then after my birthday i am going to philadelphia. four days this time, and probably a good deal more fun than my last trip out there. not that that wasn't fun, it's just that this trip is going to be much more action-packed. and by "action" i mean ,,action,,. YOWZA!
