Now, here is my "nohari" window. Fill this one out too. Please, be honest. While I appreciate it if you'd use your journal name, etc, it's up to you whether or not you do. I won't somehow use your answers "against" you, either. I promise. I'm really curious to see my "blindspot." How else can I work on it?
