Addendum: About the Racquet of Doom
The office has a few of these-- they look like undersized tennis racquets that are strung with metal wire. There are batteries in the handle and when you press a button, it sends an electric pulse through the wires that kills the fly/mosquito/bug you have trapped under the wire. Unless it's one of those big, black wasplike things- they take about three zaps. Shudder. I'm losing Karma points left and right with this device.
