::UPDATE 07.04.09:: Strangeness again! Well, now that I've had a chance to sit down and sort the order that came in. Not nearly dire strangeness, thankfully. The lab sent a bottle of June Gloom instead of the Pinwheel that it turned out we don't need anyways. Both will be going on the member's only list soon. After writing them about the bottle, I noticed that we were missing an imp of Snake Oil too. >.< I didn't want to write again over one little imp, so I am in the process of procuring a replacement via the community. Also, I totally failed to order the Bohun Upas! So, June's frimpie will be Gluttony and July's will be Bohun Upas. >.> Decanting and packing is coming along nicely. There is no foreseeable reason that packages won't be sent out on Monday. ^.^
::UPDATE 07.01.09:: Surprise! The rest of the order arrived today so everything will be going out together! The timing is rotten though. As today is my birthday, and I will be working late, I'm taking tomorrow off from everything. lol. I have annoyingly late hours through the weekend, but I should still be able to get the decanting and packing done so that ALL packages will be sent out Monday and Tuesday. ^.^ Also, the new Community is live http://community.livejournal.com/ajevie_circle/ Not much to see yet, but July's circle will be going up there on Saturday night and the Members only Sales list is up! If you'd like something from the Member's Only list, I do ask that you officially join the community as that way it'll be easier for me to keep track of. ^.^ That is all for now!
::UPDATE 06.29.09:: Imps are here. :) Decanting and labeling of what I have will proceed tonight. Smoky Moon is still on back order, but I am going to start sending out packages this week. Since I only have half the order, obviously, not everyone's will be going out this week. I'll add a comment below to list who's been sent and who is waiting. ^.^ Also! July's circle will be the first to be listed in the new community. I like to think I'm fairly organized, lol. But, we have had a few hiccups here and there. With any luck, giving the circles their own home and keeping everything together will cut down the margin of error even further. And also, I can have my journal back, lol. With the launching of the community, there will be two new features, the aforementioned raffle for the CD pitch cards and also a members only sales list which will contain the circle leftovers. I'm a bit neurotic sometimes, but I just feel better giving you guys a shot at the extras before listing them on the main sales page. >.> The live date is set for 07.03.09 and July's circle will include Act III and the entire snake pit!
::UPDATE 06.26.09:: The first box arrived today! Sadly, my imp/rollie order hasn't gotten in yet, though I am expecting it before the second box. So, I will still be able to get a head start on the decanting. Also, it's given me a great idea for supply funding! I'll be running the Carnaval circles through September. I am thinking perhaps we could raffle off the collection of pitch cards at the end of September. Obviously it will not be a complete set as bottles will be cut each month, but it will be pretty darn close! I haven't banged out the details of this yet. So far, I am thinking $1.00 per 'ticket'. To be fair, I may limit it to one ticket for each CD decant you order. Thoughts?? Concerns?? Suggestions??

::UPDATE 06.11.09:: The first half of the order has been placed! This includes all BOLDED bottles below and all add-ons. Unless it is already listed I will NOT be adding anymore bottles (excluding full bottle add-ons, of course). Nothing but empty bottles have officially been cut from the list as the final order will be placed on the 19th. With so many outstanding payments and with the ordeal of May's circle, I think it is safer to split such a large order into two. Unless there is an unexpected delay from the lab, packages will be shipped when the second order lands and is decanted. :D
::UPDATE 06.07.09:: Yay, update! Smoke moon has been added along with the Summer Celebration and Garden scents which also have set prices! The order will be placed on the evening of the 10th. Any bottle with 3 or more PAID slots will be ordered, all others will be refunded. ^.^
::UPDATE 05.24.09:: I'm going to try my best to run the circles for about 2 weeks each. That way we're most likely getting everyone in time for their payday even if it's bi-weekly. So! Suspected June Lunacy dates are the 5th - 9th. UPDATES: Updates will always be at the top of the page, above the cut. This will include c-n-s, landing dates, expected mailing dates along with anything else that pops up that I think may be of interest. I know it's a long wait and I want to be sure everyone's as up to date as possible.
LEFTOVERS: Most runners take a hit when running decant Circles. If you are very, very lucky, you occasionally break even, but more times, you're spending more than you are taking in. The cost comes mostly from supplies and such. The easiest way to cut costs is to just charge a little extra per decant. This is why you'll see the same decants going to different prices on different circles. Currently, I sell leftovers and the lab frimpies on my SALES LIST. But, I'm brainstorming other ways of funding the circles that will be more fun for all of us including raffles, auctions, other Add-Ons and such. Any ideas are very much welcome!
3 SLOT RULE: If a bottle has 3 or more slots Full And Paid, that bottle will be ordered even if the other slots remain empty. I'll add consecutive bottles when the pervious is full or when a Half-Bottle is ordered, but the 3 Slot Rule will apply to those as well. If a bottle that you have ordered from gets cut, then you will get your money back. Those who helped with fees will get the same courtesy. Once a bottle has made the cut, it will be bolded.
IMPS/SETS/HALF-BOTTLES/EMPTIES: Imps will be as full as I can get them with lab-like labels. Salon imps will feature their selected artwork and I do add the notes to the label. Prices are listed next to the scent. Single Decant Price/Half-Bottle price.
-Sets are listed above the bottle list and are slightly discounted. Anyone ordering a set will also receive this month's Special Frimpie in their goody bag.
-Half-Bottles are a great way to help out the circle by making sure a certain scent passes the 3 Slot Rule. Ordering by the Half-Bottle, you will get about 1/2 a bottle of oil in the bottle. I try to get it as close as I can without wasting oil by measuring, but I gauge it to be halfway down from the shoulder.
-Empties, I'll do my best to honor requests, but Half-Bottle orders will always take precedence. That means if you request a particular empty and someone orders the half-bottle, you'll need to pick a different empty. ^.^ Empties will be limited to 2 per person and your decants will be in the bottle.
ADD-ONS: Add-ons include anything else you might want from the lab or trading post, be it imps, full bottles, magnets, notepads and so on. Everything is lab priced, except that GC imps are $3.25 a piece as I can always add a few from my own wishlist to make it the lab discounted 6 imp pack. ^.^ Rollies are also available, 1ml roll-on glass vials with stainless steel applicator and black cap, at $1.00 a piece. Shipping for add-ons is FREE for up to 10 imps/1 bottle/5 Rollies/3 Magnets/1 notepad and so on. Anything more than that is a $1.00 flat rate for as much as you like.

::UPDATE 06.11.09:: The first half of the order has been placed! This includes all BOLDED bottles below and all add-ons. Unless it is already listed I will NOT be adding anymore bottles (excluding full bottle add-ons, of course). Nothing but empty bottles have officially been cut from the list as the final order will be placed on the 19th. With so many outstanding payments and with the ordeal of May's circle, I think it is safer to split such a large order into two. Unless there is an unexpected delay from the lab, packages will be shipped when the second order lands and is decanted. :D
::UPDATE 06.07.09:: Yay, update! Smoke moon has been added along with the Summer Celebration and Garden scents which also have set prices! The order will be placed on the evening of the 10th. Any bottle with 3 or more PAID slots will be ordered, all others will be refunded. ^.^

UPDATES: Updates will always be at the top of the page, above the cut. This will include c-n-s, landing dates, expected mailing dates along with anything else that pops up that I think may be of interest. I know it's a long wait and I want to be sure everyone's as up to date as possible.
LEFTOVERS: Most runners take a hit when running decant Circles. If you are very, very lucky, you occasionally break even, but more times, you're spending more than you are taking in. The cost comes mostly from supplies and such. The easiest way to cut costs is to just charge a little extra per decant. This is why you'll see the same decants going to different prices on different circles. Currently, I sell leftovers and the lab frimpies on my SALES LIST. But, I'm brainstorming other ways of funding the circles that will be more fun for all of us including raffles, auctions, other Add-Ons and such. Any ideas are very much welcome!
3 SLOT RULE: If a bottle has 3 or more slots Full And Paid, that bottle will be ordered even if the other slots remain empty. I'll add consecutive bottles when the pervious is full or when a Half-Bottle is ordered, but the 3 Slot Rule will apply to those as well. If a bottle that you have ordered from gets cut, then you will get your money back. Those who helped with fees will get the same courtesy. Once a bottle has made the cut, it will be bolded.
IMPS/SETS/HALF-BOTTLES/EMPTIES: Imps will be as full as I can get them with lab-like labels. Salon imps will feature their selected artwork and I do add the notes to the label. Prices are listed next to the scent. Single Decant Price/Half-Bottle price.
-Sets are listed above the bottle list and are slightly discounted. Anyone ordering a set will also receive this month's Special Frimpie in their goody bag.
-Half-Bottles are a great way to help out the circle by making sure a certain scent passes the 3 Slot Rule. Ordering by the Half-Bottle, you will get about 1/2 a bottle of oil in the bottle. I try to get it as close as I can without wasting oil by measuring, but I gauge it to be halfway down from the shoulder.
-Empties, I'll do my best to honor requests, but Half-Bottle orders will always take precedence. That means if you request a particular empty and someone orders the half-bottle, you'll need to pick a different empty. ^.^ Empties will be limited to 2 per person and your decants will be in the bottle.
ADD-ONS: Add-ons include anything else you might want from the lab or trading post, be it imps, full bottles, magnets, notepads and so on. Everything is lab priced, except that GC imps are $3.25 a piece as I can always add a few from my own wishlist to make it the lab discounted 6 imp pack. ^.^ Rollies are also available, 1ml roll-on glass vials with stainless steel applicator and black cap, at $1.00 a piece. Shipping for add-ons is FREE for up to 10 imps/1 bottle/5 Rollies/3 Magnets/1 notepad and so on. Anything more than that is a $1.00 flat rate for as much as you like.
