AN OCEAN AND A ROCK AWAY Amanda (inthegiggleloop) gave me the prompts "bittersweet love or morally ambiguous people." So, I did both ( . . . sort of). See below.
A mix about bittersweet romance (I went more with missed chances, unrequited feelings, and distance - metaphorical and literal - than anything else) between two people without a fairy tale ending. Angst alert, right? This mix about never being in love in the right place, at the right time, or with the right person.
I sampled a lot of genres (I'm serious. Punk, pop, alt-country, indie pop; no genre was spared [which was kinda the point, so I don't feel too bad about it.])! Oh, I should probably warn for language, since this mix does happen to be on the heavy side in that regard. Whoops?
