Nope, shes in India. When we banned her from a community for trolling, she got very upset.

I really don't think you have much to worry about. Seriously, what can she possibly do? Spam you? Hack into livejournal or your computer?
I would just filter her emails straight to trash and ignore her.

I don't believe for a moment that there's anything she can seriously do from half the world away.
My honest belief is that she's just scaremongering, and by posting this unlocked you're giving her the chance to see that she's got to you. If she's planning to do what it is we believe she's going to do, then the "authorities" or whatever it is she called them are just going to laugh.
