First result was James Joyce. Another sample gave me Vladimir Nabokov. Third sample gives me this:
So what's the average of Joyce, Nabokov and King? Is it
Sergey Lukyanenko? I can live with that. Of course it's based on keywords and such, but it's fun.

I'm NOT going to attend the Campbell Conference after all. I've got too much on my plate this weekend, including paying work. At the turn of the year I'll have to plan out what I'm going to do and how it's going to be done next year. Lots of conferences and conventions will be in the mix, so I need to make sure I'm not overbooking myself while still making plenty of time to write.
Not being a full-time writer, all of this has to revolve around my day job.

The Long Range ends today. The last story, Reader, has posted its seventh part, winding up a thirteen month journey to start me on the road to being a writer and it's done that. Next month I'll share a comic I did a few years ago that has never been on the web, then I'll take September off before beginning a new novel that you'll be able to read for free.
In the meantime, I'll keep writing. Maybe someone will be writing like me if I get lucky enough.
