A while back (sorry I can't find the post) Travis bemoaned the lack of REAL protest music despite the horrible state of our country and the wars we're fighting. Better late than never, I guess, but listening to Jackson Browne on Bob Edwards this morning brings protest music back up and it's Jackson Browne, so it's pretty damn good. His new album is out today (try The Drums of War at the link on his site where you can hear several songs from the record).
