I hate people!
During a recent bought of retail therapy I purchased 2 watches from Overstock.com... Yesterday I when I got home, there was a UPS tag on my mailbox saying they attempted to deliver the package and according to the website, it was delivered. So I called the apartment manager to find out when I could pick it up.
She called back today and left a message that UPS hadn't brought a package to her for me. So I called UPS. According to them the package was left on top of my mailbox yesterday. Since I live in a secure building, this shouldn't be an issue. But it appears someone took the box with my watches. Now I'm worried that I won't receive the two other packages that I'm waiting for (one of which being the books).
Looks like I'll need to have future purchases delivered to the office as I obviously cannot trust my neighbors. I hope karma gets them good even though both watches were pretty cheap. People suck!
In happier news, Rob Dickinson is going to play Seattle again next month. I already have my ticket!
