Publish America Woes
problems i's had with publish america:
* the help department doesn't read their emails all the way through so they keep giving me the wrong answers
*they do't have a editing department
* ALL my orders take 3 weeks to print and ship, big or small
* i have to buy ALL the extra copies of my book. yes, they do send me coupons for the books but most of them have a limit of how many books i can get and i can't afford to buy the five books get 30 free deal *heavy sigh*
*i have to do all my own advertising
* i was told that the pr dept made a press release and sent it to my local media, i asked who they sent it to so far and their replay was "tell us who want to send it to" and never answered my question
* they never gave me a tentative release date so HAD to wait until my book was out on the market before I could post my own press release to anybody
