I need ya'lls help
I am in desperate need for my friends help. I am in need for another roommate for next year (starting August of 2007). The person we had lined up backed out on us (what a jerk) so we need to find one ASAP. Everyone else I've already asked already has a place lined up for next year. Yes it would be over here at University House where I am now, I'm pretty much locked in here. But we'll be transfering out of this apartment into another one. It'll be w/ some other friends of ours. The official rent here is 500 but the rent would be a little less than 400. University House isnt any where as mad as most people make it out to be as long as you know who your roommates are gonna be (but that goes for any where). I've been here two years and we've never had an issue that we couldn't get fixed in a timely manner. We are looking for someone down to earth and not someone who wants to throw parties, next year I'll be doing my internship and I dont want the hecticness in my life at that time.
