Once, Aizen had given her a single red rose. She had blushed and muttered her thanks. He said that, if anything, he should thank her. She had been about to ask why when he leaned over and kissed her gently.
She dropped the rose on the ground, coherence lost as she drowned in sensation, and wrapped her arms around around him, hands digging into his back. He muttered "Hinamori-kun" in her mouth and she could only think: perfect.
The next morning he left with a warm smile and a promise that they would meet up again in the afternoon after he had attended some business.
She then picked up the rose and hid it away in the drawer because she wanted to keep every bit of Aizen that he chose to give her.
She still has it; decayed and dead.
