I see what you mean but I suspect the above individual is a newbie to fandom and might not understand the manners/language/behavioral conventions the rest of us take for granted.

I can see why that reaction would be upsetting but I wouldn't take it to heart, I'm sure it wasn't meant that way.

He is a newbie to fandom and quite the moron. Ignore the stupid boyness that is him and don't stress. I'm looking right now to see if he's worth our time. ...since he's a boy, I'm leaning towards not.

Yeah, I looked at his LJ. So I get the new. Hell I like new, they are nice and tender.

Mostly this post is just a LOT of built up frustration at a serious lack of common sense that is going around.

For the record, he apologized, which goes a long way with me.
