YU HAOMING RETURNS TO ACTION
The idiom “once bitten, twice shy” does not apply to actor Yu Haoming (俞灏明), as he will make a comeback in the same TV series which saw him seriously burned during a filming accident in 2010.
The 24-year-old Haoming suffered horrifying burn injuries, along with fellow actress Selina Jen (任家萱), while filming an explosion scene in Shanghai two years ago.
Haoming is said to be extremely excited with his return to showbiz and shooting will start in Shanghai next week.
A netizen who boarded the same flight with Haoming on Monday from Guangzhou said the actor looks thin, and his skin is still healing, though there is no problem with his face.
To ensure safety, all the explosion scenes in I Have A Date with Spring (我和春天有个约会) will be produced on a computer.
Selina will not rejoin the cast and the director, production crew and 80% of the screenplay has been changed.
