Nicholas Tse spent Father’s Day alone
The actor was said to have spent Father’s Day playing with video games in his hotel room
Amidst news of her marital woes with Nicholas Tse, Hong Kong actress Cecilia Cheung was rumoured to have planned a trip to Malaysia with her two sons with the intention to seek her husband's forgiveness.
In the end, she was a no-show in Kuala Lumpur where Nicholas is currently filming his new movie.
Nicholas was left to spend Father's Day alone in the company of video games and fast food in his hotel room.
It was reported that despite not having to work yesterday, Nicholas did not leave the hotel at all. Not even when his assistant was out to buy fast food and herbal tea for him at around 3pm.
When approached by the media, Nicholas's assistant said that the actor may not be heading out, and was unsure if he was required to work.
Cecilia continues to be labeled 'missing in action' together with her two sons.
Some reports have it that Cecilia may be leaving her sons under the care of her mother and sister in Canada, while others say that she may have secretly flown there to seek help from Nicholas's grandmother.
In response to her brother's marital woes, Jennifer Tse, who recently visited Nicholas in Malaysia, said that her brother did not bring up the issue of his marital woes, and she confidently expressed that she will be able to see her nephews again.
Jennifer added, "Having been through so much, being a big boy now, he will not ask us for any opinion. He has always done a good job handling his problems, and I'm sure he will be able to handle this matter well."
