MC Jin, Kary Ng, Jonathan Wong Record “Strong” for Show Your Heart

Moments after the Japan Earthquake disaster back in March, Japanese Rock Icon, GACKT announced his Show Your Heart foundation to bring relief support for the victims of Japan. Many Japanese idols have taken to the Show Your Heart site to rally support. A small team of Hong Kong Artists, got together to record the track “Strong” for Gackt’s Show Your Heart.

The video above shows Kary(吳雨霏), MC JIN(歐陽靖) and Jonathan(王梓軒) thanking the organizers for the track. The song will be in english, and none better to represent than the three involved as they all have an english speaking background. Eric Kwok(郭偉亮) and Jonathan Wong will be producing the song.

The youtube channel that hosts the video, ShowYourHeartHK features some Hong Kong celebrities that have messages for the people of Japan. Notables such as GEM(鄧紫棋), Kay Tse(謝安琪), FAMA and Aaron Kwok(郭富城)

Its great to see GACKT gathering support from outside Japan, just like what Yoshiki of X Japan has done in North America with the Yoshiki Foundation and auctioning off his prized piano.
