Nicholas Tse, Cecilia Cheung welcome second son
Hong Kong's golden couple Nicholas Tse and Cecilia Cheung welcomed their second child last night amidst great media interest.
The 3.5kg baby was delivered by Caesarean section with the doting Nicholas by his wife's side.
Although Nicholas' parents, 1950s heartthrob Patrick Tse and former actress Deborah Li, told the media that the child hasn't been named, sources previously said the parents have decided on 'Marcus'.
The birth of this second son has captivated Hong Kong media for weeks, helped no less by the family's willingness to allow the coverage. Reporters have staked out the couple's apartment and the hospital Cecilia is at for half a month.
When Nicholas and the nanny left for the hospital yesterday noon, the singer-actor gestured to the media to follow him, hinting that his wife was ready to deliver.
The loving hubby specially took leave from work to accompany Cecilia in recent days. The media savvy actor also took care of reporters by buying cakes and pastries for them.
The couple's elder son, two-year-old Lucas had also visited his mum often, accompanied by the nanny.
Another prominent personality who visited the new mother yesterday was entertainment bigwig Albert Yeung, founder and chairman of EEG.
