Kay Tse furious at online photo featuring a lookalike with another man
Rumours have been plaguing fellow Hong Kong artistes Kay Tse and Eason Chan since the pair sang a duet in May this year. The relationship between the pair has been heavily scrutinized as both parties are married with children. Both Eason and Kay have vehemently protested against these accusations and refuted these allegations by publicly airing their love and affections for their other halves.
Recently, a photograph featuring a couple in warm embrace on a bed surfaced on the internet. The photograph was taken via a handphone camera and shows the lady in a half-awake state. There is also a male figure seen in the photo kissing the cheek of the girl.
This photograph sparked off a furious debate amongst netizens as the female in the photograph bore a certain resemblance to Kay.
According to news reports, an upset Kay shared that she felt hurt after reading those articles. "I feel that I have been constantly attacked by others from the start of the year to the end of the year. This time round, it is simply humiliating."
The 32-year-old Cantopop singer rebutted against allegations and denied that she was the girl in the photograph. She angrily exclaimed, "It is not important if it looks alike or does not look alike. It is not me at all. Writing nonsense based on a piece of photograph."
Before the alleged report was published, the reporter responsible for the article showed Kay the photograph. The singer said that she did not look at it because it was definitely not her. She shared that there is no need for her to explain things to her husband and that her company will be handling this issue.
"I do not like to be creating news. I have never taken such kind of intimate photographs with anybody before. I hope that this bad phase will soon pass. I lead a very healthy lifestyle. I will not take such photographs with anybody else - I do not have this hobby or habit. Going through so much of such news this year really feels like a tough battle," she reiterated.
