Sean Lau, Louis Koo Join 3D Disaster Movie "Inferno"
The 3D disaster movie "Inferno" has kicked off its shooting schedule in Bangkok, Mtime.com reports.
Award-winning actors Sean Lau and Louis Koo play firefighters who are half-brothers in the movie. The two have made many other successful productions together, including the "Overheard" franchise.
The film's two lead actresses are Angelica Lee and Jin Qiaoqiao.
"Inferno" is China's first fire disaster movie. Bona Film Group and Universe Group, the co-producers of the film, have invested an estimated HKD150 million (US$20 million) in the project.
Filming is expected to take five months. "Inferno" is slated for release during the summer holiday slot in 2013.
