Fan Bingbing Plays Neurotic Lover in "Double Xposure"
To steal some thunder from competing films that will be released during the same time slot next month, the suspense-romance "Double Xposure" released another trailer and a collection of new still photos on the internet today, chinesefilms.cn reports.
A neurotic Fan Bingbing is featured in the pictures with red eyes and a pale face. In the movie, she plays a woman suspected of murdering her boyfriend's other lover after that woman suddenly disappears.
Up-and-coming actor Feng Shaofeng plays opposite Fan as her boyfriend, and actress Huo Siyan picks up the role of the mistress.
"Double Xposure" is scheduled to be released on the mainland on September 29.
So far, eight domestic films are slated to join the box office competition during the National Day holiday slot, including Zhang Ziyi's "Dangerous Liaisons" and "Taichi 0."
"Double Xposure" is the third project on which director Li Yu and Fan Bingbing have worked together. It will mark a strong comeback for Fan's return to the silver screen.
