Birthday Check-In
Hokay... Work = good, food = good, friends are constant, life is looking up, but of course, the birthday depression bug is hitting, so I am 'meh'. Though, all in all, everything pretty much rocks. I'm still a WoW addict (finally hit 70 on my druid and at 65 on my warlock ^_^), and I've made some awesome friends in my guild. I'll be getting full time at work as soon as my supervisors can get it, which is much awesomeness.
It's so strange to come from a job that caused me untold amounts of stress and heartache, while being completely underappreciated, to a rather laid-back and easy job where I am loved and appreciated by my superiors. My self-esteem has definitely taken a bit of a plus, let me tell you.... (and it needs all the help it can get, believe me).
Otherwise, Paul and I are going to get a couple of cats from my mom as soon as I get to full time. They're a pair of sisters name Pumpkin and Spice, and Paul absolutely loves them. This is odd enough on its own, being that he really isn't a cat person, but makes me very, very happy.
So yeah, all is good in the Waffle's world. *eats her yummy splurge fast food*
