Hi:
Just wanted to let you all know that I'm still alive.
I know i've said it before but I wonder why on earth I still think that there are a lot of people reading this crap, maybe bjoggi and someone else.
Anyway, nearly 3 months since my last post. A lot of things happened, I even am a year older now. BTW... Happy birthday Bjoggi!!
2004 passed away and we celebrated with a huge party with lots of friends in a country house. It was a good party and we nearly all were friends there.
Then we had our presents in January the 5th. Traditionally we don't get presents from Santa in Spain, eventhough we're being conquered by the americans tradition, we still wait for the Kings to give us our presents. It seems like I've been a good guy this year, how ironic, for I got quite a lot of presents. Some like Eau de Toilette and the like, others like pijamas and one from my lovely girlfriend which was the best of all. A PS2 Force Feedback Steering Wheel, yessssss..... superb!!!
We have our rehearse place but is not still up and running for we all are a bunch of assholes and are still preparing the place to be perfect. The good thing is that it looks like it'd be an awesome place for a band to play music at the end. We'll see in the, hopefully, very near future.
Here's how it was when we rented it, well we also put the sofas there. I'll post a couple of photos once it's finished.
On my personal side life has changed quite a lot in the past months. After leaving my parents home in December I started to live in my girlfriend's flat with her mother and sister. Everything is fine there, they are amazing and I feel like being at home. But my relation with Mar has become far more dull and there's too much routine. We nearly quitted last week but finally decided to change something in order to put a bit of salt to the relation. So I'm leaving her mother's flat and I'm going to live with a couple of friends in a rented flat. We found one which is perfect and we're moving on the 15th March more or less.
On the other side Mar and I also decided to make a trip so that we break our routine a bit and we're going with some friends to Istambul on the 23th March. March the month of change I'd say.
The good thing is I now feel better for there's something to aim to.
As I hinted above, the 19th February was my birthday, like bjoggi's. My mother gave me tobacco as present.... I won't comment on that. But my loooovely girlfriend gifted me with an iPod shuffle joined by her mother and sister. I told you they are lovely. Amazing piece of hardware. But then I checked with bjoggi's blog and saw that Apple had changed the minis and has lowered the price to just 50 € more than the 1Gb shuffle I was gifted with. So I talked to Mar and we decided to trade it for a mini. As today, Apple has my shuffle and I'm waiting for them to refund the money. As soon as it's back I'll buy a 4 Gb green mini.... I cant wait!!!
I have to mention I've discovered Jeff Buckley. It's amazing, what chord progressions, what a voice, what an original approach to music. I love it!!! What a shame we lost such a talent at such a young age. If I were you I'll go down to the first record store and buy the Grace LP.... or find it however you want... ;-) It's sooooo lovely.
Ok. I think I bored you enough bjoggi... I guess no one as read this and I even doubt you arrived this far.
Bye bye
