"To love deeply in one direction makes us more loving in all others."

So yeah, yesterday I went to 3 or 4 parties depending on how you look at it. First I went to Rachel Fitzpatrick's Barbecue, hung out there for about 3 hours and realized how much she reminds me of my mom's cousin, Jane. After that I went home and checked on some stuff and then went to Lombard Lanes to join all the nerds and the Lord of the Nerds for a little bowling and bowling poker. I bowled a 119 I think and an 89. Don't really remember and I lost at both hands of poker. After that, I get home and then we start eating dinner. Nick calls just after we start and asks if I can sleep over so it's kinda like, Ok, I haven't hung out with Nick for a while, this'll be good for me. So after a fair deal of negotiating I got the OK. I had to finish all of Fahrenheit 451 and a few math problems before I went. So I call him up and he tells me he's going to go to Kristin Fiebrant's party. I'm like ok, I've got some work to do anyway so I'll give ya a call when I'm about done. I get my work done and call him. We end up going over to Kristin's, whose house he couldn't find in the first place, and I turned out to be an uninvited but not unwelcomed guest. I went swimming for the first time in 2 years. Nick jumped into the pool, with his clothes on. I had the eeriest feeling of Deja vu. Especially because I knew the layout of the pool/barn whatever you wanna call it. I didn't even go into the upstairs, but I know it's an office with a dartboard and I'm willing to bet there's a set of Playboy darts up there . I don't know that any of this is true. Don't ask me how I know this, I just do. Really weird. But yeah, after that Nick and I went back to his house. We got out of his car and realized Nick left his shoes there. We had to go back. So sad, had to go back to a party with a bunch of good looking girls in swimsuits. Of course I get there and Laura and Deb show up so there goes that one (jk). So Nick and I spend about another 15 minutes there. We leave, go back to his house, and stay up most of the night playing video games. So yeah, in one day I've made up for all the parties I've missed that I wanted to go to in this past semester except maybe 2. I even finished almost all my Homework.

BTW, don't try and see some connection in the quote and the description.
