SO WHAT'S GOING ON WITH ME HUH?
Well.
1. My birthday party.
It was amazing! The treehouse was so cool, and we had an awesome time at Epcot! ALSO, I HAD LOTS OF CAKE. We did some special stuff, such as:
a) Using My Little Pony-themed party hats/plates/cups/etc
b) GETTING GOODIE BAGS FILLED WITH AWESOME
c) Watching QUEST FOR CAMELOT
d) DESTORYING A DORA THE EXPLORER PINATA and leaving her head hanging from the ceiling all night... wearing a party hat
e) Going on Spaceship Earth, putting on mustaches for the picture, and then taking them off when we got out to confuse people
f) CRAMMING OURSELVES ALL IN ONE TELEPHONE BOOTH
g) Crawling through the teeny little bush maze on all fours VERY DRAMATICALLY
h) Taking pictures with every Disney character ever - Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, Donald, Lilo, Stitch, Chip, Dale, and Goofy!
i) Eating at Nine Dragons!!!
j) ACTING OUT THE DEATH OF THE UNICORNS AND THE DRAGONS AND THE DINOSAURS WITH MARIONETTE PUPPETS
k) ROLEPLAYING REALLY LOUDLY ON THE WAY HOME.
So yeah, it was awesome.
2.
Aaron's birthday!
HE'S EIGHTEEN NOW OMG. I drew this picture a couple days before:
SEE ISN'T HE CUTE. (
Bigger version here. /
Deviantart version here.)
And look, his cupcakes were doves!
Hershey kiss for the beak. <3 They were white on the inside, of course~
3. The Owl City concert in Orlando! It was amazinging. Deas Vail was brilliant (seriously, go buy their CD, Birds & Cages - or at least buy the song "Birds", it's beautiful), Lights was adorable and MUCH better live, and Owl City was just precious. I also met two local bands, Boxer & Clover and Before You Exit. They were both so nice, and Before You Exit consisted of three sixteen-year-olds and one FOURTEEN-YEAR-OLD. They're super cute and fluffy and they're really good! Go check 'em out!
The only bad-ish part was that Adam (Owl City) didn't come out to sign stuff! D: I got my Deas Vail CD and both local's signed, but Adam just sneaked right into his tour bus without saying anything to the group of people who spent like two hours waiting for him to come out. ): One of his percussionists said he was "shy like Michael Jackson". I'm still trying to figure that out. xD;
And by the way, Owl City plays with a full band live. He's got himself on guitars and singing and stuff, a girl who does back-up and a keyboard, two dudes with separate sets of percussion instruments (drums, bells, rainshakers, etc), a girl with a cello, and a girl with a violin! Very cool.
4. KIYOSHI'S BIRTHDAY! I've had him for a whole year as of yesterday! I took some pictures of him and Cristi took some pictures of me (and him) yesterday so I'll have a new photoshoot up soon! But for now,
one picture of Kiyoshi!
<3 anyone who actually reads this lul.
