Mice
Instead of working on my assignment yesterday (which is due tomorrow, and which I still haven't started), I got myself a present.

They're completely adorable, and lovely.
Last night, being nocturnal, they kept me awake for hours running on their wheel, and shuffling their bedding. But I was expecting that. And I expect the same tonight, and every night until I get used to the sound of them.
Now I suppose I should go make a start on my assignment before bed.
