mmk. so last monday night i sort of twisted/sprained [idk the difference] my ankle. i wore an ankle brace for 1 1/2 days. then, to make matter worse, that same friday night i fell down the stairs at Alpha Phi Omega INSTALLATION because i regrettably wore heels. bruised my thigh and some scratches on my ankle

I'm sorry about your ankle.... those stairs jsut come out of nowhere!
