What the heck! I'm tickled!
Good mood over here. Good mood! No particular reason (maybe it was the pizza?), but I'm happy!
I started plunking at my book again. I think I'll be happier with this version. So far so good. I have the basic outline now, so it's not going to be all spontaneous, although I changed the intro part from third person POV to first person POV. Could be good, could be bad, but I can fix it however the hell I want! BWEET!!!
Went and got me some job applications today. Looking forward to working again, that's the truth. Even if it's evenings, since I'd get the truck that way, if my better-half uses it during the day.
Only one thing pissed me off today: Metroid Fusion. THAT FUCKING NIGHTMARE-BITCH-THING!!! Jeezus fuck my eye, that thing's a bitch to KILL!!!
*cough* Anyway. Here's what's new that's worth mentioning:
1. Found a new microwave popcorn better than Blast-O-Butter. It's Act II brand's Xtreme Butter. Not too strong a flavor, smells terrific, and it tastes even better!
2. Sidewalk Pizza, located in Sacramento/Elk Grove, is the kick-ass bomb of pizzas. Their pepperoni and cheese, anyway.
3. My nephew is SO damned cute. And he's officially a toddler now. Toddles like crazy, he does!
4. Managed to sneak into DeviantArt and update my journal, but it turned out being a fluke. Methinks I'll give that one a bit of leeway for a while, but I will be checking in now and then to see if I can sneak back in sometime. I'm glad I uploaded a few things to it before my compy died. Copy and paste, m'dears!
So that's all. I need a new book to read, but can't afford buying one. *eyes library* Hmm...oh, the decisions.
