Thank you! I'm so happy you don't mind Mycroft/Lestrade. I just hate when I'm forced to write Mycroft and then have to have Lestrade there. ;)

I think it's a sweet pairing :)

My head!canon is that Mycroft is gay and as long as he's not shagging John I'm quite happy to see him with someone, rather than lonely...which is what the powers that be seem to be going for (although I'm quietly hoping that they'll do a version of 'The Greek Interpreter' and imply that he's seeing Mr Melas).

I've never thought about that from 'The Greek Interpreter.' I just re-read that one and was ridiculously excited that Mycroft and Lestrade are shown to show up at Baker Street together. My shipper heart skipped a beat!

I really, really want them to do a version of GREE, it's in my top five stories :))

I think it would be fun if Sherlock was trying to introduce Lestrade to Mycroft but they do the "yeah, we've actually met Sherlock - several times *wink*" routine.
