FIREWORKS FIREWORKS DINNER AND FIREWORKS
HAPPY CANADA DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Today today today, was the best Canada day EVERRRRRRRRR!!! First, i spent lots of time with my family. We went downtown and wandered chinatown. For lunch, we went to yum cha. at yum cha, there was this lady who was very persistant in selling her food. she'd actually bring a plate to the table hoping to sell it. lol it was so funny, because we were the only who bought from her in our area. we didn't buy the second time...hehe. and when we finished, we left my dad and kevin at the table and we went to the washroom. when we came back, they were gone and waiting outside. my mom and grandma were grumbling because they had tea left over and they wanted to finish it. lol. Downtown there was a parade and it was really cool, because it was run by chinese ppl and there were those dragon mo-see things and sparkles and fobs everywhere. well, not fobs...but yeah. Then we went to mai choi. It was fun. Just cuz. and then we went to the chinese visa office. St. George is such a pretty street. There was a man at the visa office that looked like a woman from the back and when i saw his face, i was like, woah. My sister never saw his face, but she knew he was a man because of his legs. She couldn't believe it was a man. lol. Then, we returned to scarborough. For some reason, i didn't want to leave downtown. it was so active and the everyone was so happy-like. Back at home, i fooled around with my mp3 player and i got it to show chinese and japanese characters. YAY! <33. THEN! it was time to go to Joanne's place. Before we went, my sister, my mom and i went to buy a watermelon at gum san. They were playing ping pong there! it was so empty and only two little girls were watching the ping pong game. (i think they were the player's daughters..hehe..) At Joanne's place, we made gao ji. It was fun. Just cuz. Then we hung around in Joanne's room, having another photo shoot and learning chinese. I got tickled by eddie and janet. On the TOP bunk. i think the thing almost broke ^^;; After, we went to the park. it was windy and far!! ^^;; We picked a spot just at the bottom of the hill and it was really windy. It wasn't cold, just windy. I WILL FINISH THIS TOMORROW. I'M TAKING OVER MY SISTER'S COMPUTER AND SHE WANTS IT BACK. OK!
So...where was i...oh yeah. so we sat down on the little picnic sheet and ate our gao ji. after eating, janet and i went to play at the playground. the place was PACKED!!! dude. soo many little kids. i almost stepped on a lot of them. I felt like a kid again!! it was fun. i'm a monkey ^__^. We played tag when joanne and betty got came and we ran around a lot. We saw Kathy too, but she was with her mom. After playing at the playground, we went back to the picnic site and me, lily, betty, and janet RAN down the hill. IT WAS SO EXHILERATING!!!!!! let's do it again! =D after that, we tried to keep warm by becoming a massive bundle of people. Then we waited and waited and waited, trying to keep warm from the wind. lils switched position many times. it was sooo fun. Then it got dark and my parents arrived. I got a coat and my sister. lol. i think my sister likes my friends. esp. lily..lol. The fireworks were really nice. We had to wait a long time for them, but i think they were worth the wait. No glow sticks this year! awwwwwww =) Then after, i left with my family and we stayed in the car for 15 minutes waiting for the rush to die down. it was soo funny because we were recounting old memories of summers past. and we saw two men pissing at the fence. i screamed and everyone else laughed. my mom couldn't stop giggling. ohohoh my mom right? she actually noticed that eddie was very huggy huggy. hehe. eddie, you sly little boy...hehe. last night, he was hugging everyone...for "body heat" hehehehe....aaaaaanyways. so yeah. lol i have nothing else to say. except that i took a hot shower for the first time in many many weeks. if felt sooooo good. =)
yesterday was a really really good day. i got to spend time with my family and my friends. these kind of days remind me how lucky i am to have friends and family that care and whom i care for so much. I'm so glad i am able to spend so much time with them and create so many good memories like the one yesterday. i love you all!! *chuuu~*
