I must say, i truly adore my brother - he knows my humor so well and shares it himself, too. In fact, i'm pretty sure we're more than a little to blame for each other's taste in what we find amusing. My poor parents never could have guessed that they'd have the real weirdos in the family (they're SO normal it's cool. scary, huh?)...
Anyway, in the spirit of Monty Python, i offer the following (i think you'll have to cut and paste it):
http://www.giantitp.com/cgi-bin/GiantITP/ootscript?SK=136 enjoy! And -STOP- that bloody bee-zook-ee playing!!!!
on a side note, here's the following observations:
- Don & Kim - congratulations:) may your love and now your new life together continue to be a blessing to each other and an example to all of us that know you - I'm honored to be counted among your of friends.
- i set foot (up to ankles anyway) in the gulf and although it is but April, the water was warm and clear and most remarkably, I was not attacked by sharks as i of course, feared i would be! This is in spite of it being dusk and my not having a "meat shield" person in the water in front of me. Ok, granted, it was only the edge of the tide i was standing in, but that still counts as -IN- the water to me. i am very happy about this and now i am (obviously) in something of a silly mood!
- driving back from the wedding this evening, i get a phone call from the Denver Zoo, as in Denver, Colorado, asking me if I'd like to fly out to interview for a position with their bird department. This is a position I sent in for back in January...or even December. Wow.
- i am so excited to be starting my volunteering at Lowry Park Zoo tomorrow morning! I will be in the Clinic (vet hospital) and the commissary. :)
sometimes little things happen and life is real weird all of a sudden.
this is good, right?
love y'all...
