{ 029 } UP Otakufest 2009: Johnny's Cebu Fanmeet
Hello, lovelies.
I decided to just work on this post before anything else, lest I forget about it in the upcoming days. =)
So, here we go~
BIG SHOUTOUT TO THE JOHNNY'S FANS IN CEBU! \o/
There's going to be a JE Fanmeet during University of the Philippines - Cebu's Otaku Fest 2009. The idea was spearheaded by epsilonbrain-senpai, and a few other senpais in the same school. =] Full, exact details about the "event within the event" are yet to be given, as we organizers still haven't had a decent meeting to talk about this. =)
DETAILS
WHAT: JOHNNY'S FANMEET (at UP OtakuFest 2009)
WHEN: December 12, 2009; 11am - 1pm
WHERE: UPVCC grounds, Lahug, Cebu City
CONTACT PPL: Akemi (epsilonbrain) / Miyuki (aishizuki)
EDIT 3: Additional details on the event are as follows (as of 12/08):
► REMINDER: There is an entrance fee of 50 PHP, and we do not provide food (but there will be food booths on campus), so please, please remember to bring money. :<
► Getting to Know You segment and short program are expected to start right after the singing contest at 11am (or 11:15am if the contest extends)
► The fanmeet starts at 11am, but you are encouraged to come to UP at 9am to witness the opening program (and have more spazzing time :p)
► There will be some games, and yeah, I'll be selling a FEW merchandise there. :) You are all welcome to bring your own merchandise to sell or to share with other fans. :)
► Lastly, you are also encouraged to stick around until the very end of the UP Otaku Fest. Make the most out of the day! ♥

UP NichiBunKen, an organization which have fangirls as org members (lolwhat), is setting up a booth for the event, therefore, this has been decided as the meeting place for the Johnny's fanmeet.
As we have not yet finalized the layout of the entire event yet, we will inform you via text or email of the final location. If you do not receive a message from us, however, you can always ask the OtakuFest committee for directions to the UP NichiBunKen booth.
However, there is a catch. OF has an entrance fee of 50 PHP for both days. As much as the organizers want to set up a meetup other than during this event, our schedules don't permit us to do so.
So, yeah, if you THINK you can come (YEZ YOU MAY BRING OTHER FRIENDS ALONG YEZ PLZ), please do comment here, send me an email (kisekimieru@gmail.com), or send me (or epsilonbrain) a PM (LJ, Facebook, etc.) with the following details:
