[news] UraAraMania Compilation Album
So I think most of you already know, but we just got a FC mail today to let us know that J-Storm is going to be putting out an exclusive Compilation Album in comemoration of AraFes!
The compilation album will be titled 「ウラ嵐マニア」 (pronounced, "UraAraMania").
The plan is that the album will consist of 62 songs... 49 of them to be single couplings on J-STORM *EDIT: the ones not released on J-Storm won't be included* and the other 13... are a mystery as of now. hahaha. They say that it includes hard to comeby tracks, popular concert-featured songs and a few "hidden" tracks... The album will have special packaging but will not include any photos of Arashi in it.
Pre-orders start tomorrow, the 16th and run for one week until midnight on the 23rd.
Albums will be delivered on AraFest days.
6000yen (less than 100 yen a song and free shipping!!)

Sales are going to be run through the J-STORM special UraAraMania site and will only be available for domestic buyers (sorry foreign fans!).

You know, I was thinking about it, and it would be kinda awesome if they just did a tour with all their coupling songs... most people wouldn't know them, but I think it would be cool.

There is NOTHING in the mail that says the sales will be exclusive to FC members, but it is only available to those living (or who have an address) in Japan.
Also, at the end of the mail, here's what it says:

They are NOT planning on having it sold in CD shops, or for internet sales. If you contact these companies and cause a ruckus, they will stop sales of the album, so I hope everyone who reads this doesn't try to go and ask amazon and cdjapan and those sites about sales... cuz JE is crazy enough to take the sales away, and they have already said they won't sell it anywhere.
