[flail] VSA Afterthoughts...

I just got home and showered after seeing VS Arashi in person!!!!!
According to JFC and Fuji TV rules, we can't post any spoilers about the show....
So I'll just let you know that you should DEFINITELY watch the January 3, 2012

IT WAS AAAAAAMAAAAAZING!!!
I was in disbelief when I found out I hit, and was actually with S-chan in Shibuya taking pictures of the Arashi x AU smart phone ads in the metro station when I got the mail... and I lost control of myself. I ended up laughing uncontrollably and then hugging the Nino pole for a minute or two or five and was totally psyched. Once I came floating back down to earth, I realized that the duration time was DOUBLE what it was when we went last year.... so it could only mean that we were getting to see the SP! So the past few days I've been watching the old vids from recent and this year's NY special to prep for it. hahaha.
When we got there, we realized that we were the second wave of people for today's shoot.
That totally confused me because I was so sure there was only going to be one long taping.
But there were already FC members in line and getting checked, but us 1pm people were told to wait on a separate side. There was only around fifty of us so I was wondering what was going on.... We were lead past the VSA studio and upstairs to the 3rd floor in to the same room as the other FC members with the 12:40 call time but were told to stay on one side, apart from them and told that we would have different instructions. So the first group headed to the studio ahead of us and we waited a bit before getting lead down to the studio.
For the opening talk we sat almost dead center in the second row *i think* and after it was done, we were moved to the other studio where we would watch five games. We were seated in the first row towards the far right. At first, we were bummed about it.... but THE MOMENT the boys walked in, Nino spotted us and gave us the cutest smile and nod EVER!!!!!! From then on, he would look over and occasionally smile at us when our eyes met. ♥
Hmm.... can't give too much detail... but another awesome but FAIL part was when Arashi had finished a game, I was flailing at M-chan because Aiba-chan and Sho-chan FINALLY looked our way but in a stare/dead pan kind of way, not in the "Heeeey!" kind of way... and then one of the guests *can't name names* thought I was talking to them, and was like, "Hai?" to which I, like the idiot I am, replied, "Hii!!!" And then the guests realized we were foreign and the two of them were like, "Hii!" At that exact moment Sho-chan was coming towards us, from the other side of the game, saw the interaction, looked at me, and laughed. My first REAL interaction with Sho-chan and it's of him laughing at me. Then when he got to those two guests, they walked back to their seats together and as they passed us they went, "Bye!" and then Sho-chan, Aiba-chan (who was coming up behind Sho-chan at first) and the guests started laughing as did our small section and the three of us. orz I seriously can never think of anything better to say than, "Hi." WHAT is wrong with me!?! I think that may have been the most embarrassed I have been in years. . . if not ever. My face was really hot so I knew I was blushing like crazy. *and I was hoping my foundation and blush were coviering up the red face* The mom behind us asked me who my favorite member was, and when I told her it was Sho-chan, her and the others behind us were telling me that I am lucky and must be so happy because he laughed at me. But i was still so embarrassed that I had a hard time looking over at the boys for the rest of the time they were there.
The awesome part is that after that, Sho-chan looked over at us a few times when he was playing the games!
At first, I thought it was just our imagination that J was staring at us... but then, he kept looking over at us again and again. *feels J staring deep into her soul and sucking the life out of her* Then, at the very end we didn't see the final round live because it was in the main studio, but the guys came over to say goodbye. At first, they were standing on the other side of two game sets that were being taken apart by the staff so we were sad that they were far away. But to our surprise, Sho-chan and Nino did a 180 turning to face towards us and said, 「ありがとうございました。」 to us!!! Then the director told them to walk around the set and wave/say good bye to everyone.... we were so excited!!! We were going to be the last ones they walked past!!!! And then, they came around and everyone was freaking out and waving... Nino and Sho-chan were first and waved/said goodbye to us again directly, then J shouted, "Merry Christmas!!" and looked at us when he said it. And M-chan said, "Merry Christmas!" back and I said, "Merry Christmas to YOU!" hahaha. Then, Oh-chan was right behind him, and that was the first time I consciously made eye contact with him. I blame C-chan for not being here to cover the Oh-chan territory. M-chan didnt even notice him! And Aiba-chan... I have no idea... I was too mesmerized by YamaTaro pair and then by the Merry Christmas from J that I don't even remember where Aiba-chan was in the mix... woah.... but he did thank us too.

P.S. I got three battle scars from the recording... well, actually three burns. Thanks VSA staff for making such a dangerous and scary game! And please, don't use that game in such a small studio anymore!

I just read that there's going to be new years special editions of a lot of the tv guides next week Monday and Wednesday! sooooo excited!!!!!!
