Yellow Team Portfolios Question

So I know that for our portfolios we're supposed to have an annotated bibliography with stuff added on from the actual project, such as your mentor and all that, but how are we supposed to cite a person? Sacks, Jackie. Senior project mentor. Something like that??? Because if we have to format it as an interview, that is just really strange.
