Sunshine...or an April Fool?
It's April 1st.
As I type, I am sitting at a desk at my local libary, and the window's sunlight is glaring right into my eyes. And I'm not complaining.
I had the option of wearing a coat today. Guess which option I chose?
I drove with my truck windows open today. There was a wonderful breeze.
I even smiled when I saw one long, green blade of fresh grass sticking out of the rest of my winter-dead yard!
Yup. It's been a long winter.
I just hope these glimpses of springtime aren't an April Fool's Day prank on Mother Nature's behalf.
Either way, today's weather was beautiful.
I sincerely hope readers are seeing promising signs of spring in their hometowns, too. :)
