Brand New Eyes
Got new glasses yesterday. It's the first new pair I've gotten in...um... Well, I know I was still in high school when I got the original pair, so let's do a little arithmetic, add/subtract college, and...uuuh, this post is making me feel old all of a sudden. ^^; Anyhoo, point taken: I desperately needed a new pair. What a difference they make! I. Can. See! :D
Although, I'm a little worried about my state of mind after chosing red frames (of all colors). I'm sure my current Kuroshitsuji madness didn't have anything to do with that selection (but seriously, folks, Grell's red glasses are awesome! ^o^ Mine aren't nearly as epic as his, I assure you). Then again, my old pair was red, too, so maybe I was destined to be a Grell fangirl all along even before I got into Kuroshitsuji. Fate works in mysterious ways. That, and I'm sure nutcases have an affinity for each other. ;P
Very happy with my new specs, over all. Now that my eyes are fixed, does anyone think there's hope for my brain? Ah well, we can't have everything, right? ;)
