It's official...I caught a genuine cold (and my mom caught it, too. Now I feel bad for spreading my germs! T_T). But all things considered, I'm not complaining too much. I usually catch more colds during a "typical" winter, and since this winter has been anything but typical, I suppose I can handle just one cold for the season. Frankly, I feel

My dear, I am so sorry to hear that you're sick! :/ Hate to say "join the club," but I certainly know how you feel! Actually, I'm finally better...but it didn't happen easily. I've been so bad at updating LJ lately or keeping in touch (though my "writing time" has gone to SBB, if that makes it any better! ^^;;), but after I went to the doctor (who told me nothing was wrong with me--thanks, Doc!), I came down with a terrible sinus infection that knocked me for a loop for three days. It seems like everything officially cleared up February 1st, funny enough. I was literally sick January 1st to January 31st. Coincidence, but not an amusing one

Thanks! I've been meaning to send you a get-well-soon message, too, but my time management has been crap lately. Sorry. But I'm glad to know you're getting better. I can't believe you were sick for a solid month! O_O I swear, these weird sicknesses must be due to the weirder weather we've been having. We're bound to pay for this mild winter in some way, shape, or form
