Online Shop Feedback + BF + Thanksgiving
Working on making an online shop. What type of products are you guys looking for? So far I just have prints. Would you like me to sell them as packages or individually? I plan on adding some key chains and maybe buttons/charms/stickers. What do you think? Eventually I want to add my webcomics, mini-comics and create a small cheap sketchbook with my collection of sketches. How would you guys like the sketchbook to be categorized? Should I do it by comic, year, subject/topic? Please let me know!
Just moving on in life. Still working and trying to make my comics. Hope you all had a good Thanksgiving. I was about to restrain myself from overeating. I had plans to get stuff done but that didn't really work out because of shopping on Black Friday and one of my best friend's birthday. Then family outings so it limited my time, and when I did have time I did other stuff like movies or reading. XD
Went out on Black Friday (later in the day, not at midnight) but didn't really get much. Just used a 50% off coupon to buy a watercolor paper pad but I did try to get some scrapbook containers which were door busters for BF for only $2.99 when they are normally $8.99 each. The plan was to store my comics in those containers, once I start making them. XD For now they are holding my vast collection of paper pads. XD I was able to mess around with my watercolors finally the other day so even if it's crappy I can still post it on my sketch/progress blog.
Bought some artbooks/comics from artists online! They are arriving and I'm excited as I open them! X3 Early Christmas presents to myself. XD It's horrifying but also inspiring how impressive they are. I don't know if I could live up to those standards! OTL But I'm gonna try. :D
Sketching every other day it seems, not doing it everyday as I had hoped to. Still writing everyday which is good at least. Got to be more serious with drawing, I know I keep saying that, but it's true. Trying to get better, just don't always feel like it when I get home. heh
