BACKGROUND: Orphaned and homeless at a very young age, Sheryl roamed the streets of New York's slums, with having nowhere to go. One day, she was accidentally found by her now manager Grace O'Connor. With having nothing to lose, Sheryl accepted the offer to be taken away from there. She was later unknowingly taken in as a test subject for a experiment called Fairy 9. What that experimenting actually was, no one really knows nor does Sheryl even recall it ever happening. This mainly is because she's actually failed whatever testing they did.
However, besides that small problem, she was trained extensively as a pop idol since being found to have quite a set of pipes. After quite a while, she debuted and almost skyrocketed to world fame with her voice and charming personality. However, after discovering her powers she almost quit the business, being afraid of what might accidentally happen during a live show. Grace managed to prevent her on doing so and got her to continue doing her thing while 'helping' her with her new powers.
Although after a while, feeling that the training wasn't doing much and wanting a short break from nothing but constant live shows, Sheryl used her connections to get in touch with a certain Professor Xaviers. She had always wanted to go to school at least once, and with her powers needing more tutelage, to her it was the perfect opportunity.
PERSONALITY: At best, Sheryl's extremely strong willed. She's not the time to sit back and let things just wander by. To her, if you want something, you need to step up to the plate and use your own to fists to make it a reality. She will barrel right through anything in her way, however she can.
Other than that, the way she projects herself in public and private is quite different. In public eye, she's charming, graceful and pretty much perfect in every way like a idol should be. Minus her habit of speaking her mind a little too freely that is.
In private she's more like your usual idol types, who think they're rather better than you. She's lived a rather privileged life thanks to being found by her manager so it's actually due to not quite knowing how to interact with people her own age and like a normal teen. Being a idol meant she missed out on quite a lot growing up, so she's rather ignorant and oblivious to certain things as well.
APPEARANCE: Sheryl has bright blue eyes and Strawberry blond hair that tends to take on a pink shade in darker light. She's slightly taller than average and has a extremely fit body, mainly because of her status of a Pop Icon. And she usually shows it off, both in and out (although more modestly) of concert. She also wears special earrings that was passed down to her from her long-dead mother and treasures them dearly. In canon, they have a special purpose with their galaxy hopping device crystals but in xi, they will most likely stay just normal gems. Unless us MacF muns plot evil things that is.
POWERS: Power Boosting via singing. She can quite literally give people a power/adrenaline boost with her singing. How much of a boost depends on the person affected and the range between her and them.it only lasts as long as she's singing.

Third-person sample: Sheryl smirked, twirling the mic with seasoned grace and stepped onto the marked spot of the stage. It may have just been a practice run but all she had to do was envision the crowd. All the fans energy, the banners, just everything that it came with the high that only a live concert would bring.
Taking a breath she went through a run of her latest hit song, dancing and twirling with seasoned grace to the beat. While she may have had to go on a brief hiatus to attend school, there was anything that would hold her back. She was Sheryl Nome after all.
